SEAN KELLEY

Sean is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Kelley Law, PLC. With a new-found focus in an industry that lacks professional and administrative help and compliance, Sean has developed, with the aid of a very experienced team, a client portal system that brings an element of organizational compliance to small businesses. 

Sean firmly believes that protecting and securing your business is the only way to legitimize and grow. His approach to law is the same as his approach in life; that Family and Faith must be central. The reason for building a business up from the ground or creating a legacy is to sell, or pass on that legacy to the next generation. It’s about providing stability and financial independence for the owners, and creating a long-lasting source of revenue that can provide a lasting impact on your life.

While the law is cold and clinical, Sean seeks to bring his compassion and understanding to your work and your individual circumstances so that you can make the best business decisions possible.  

Sean has been a Bar certified lawyer since 2013 in the State of California and has expanded his Team into the Pacific Northwest. He spent his undergraduate years playing baseball, where he learned the importance of hard work and dedication. He carried those principles through his time at Law School, and now applies those principles today with every personalized Legal Services he provides. 

KEVIN KELLEY

Kevin successfully owns and operates a successful accounting and tax practice in Corona for the last 35 years. He, along with his wife, handle business accounts from small to large. They have decided to join Kelley Law as our Accounting Department and will be spearheading the challenges as they have always done, together.
